Ordering from Small Treasures Miniatures

Ordering, Packaging and Postage Costs

 

Availability - In general, if an item appears on the site, it is available and ready for shipment. Occasionally, however, an item may have been sold before I have a chance to update the site. Should it be possible to obtain another from the artisan, I would be happy to do so. Please be aware that the items on this site are handcrafted and the pieces may vary somewhat from the photo on the site. Also be aware that colors vary on different computer screens.

 

Ordering - All prices are in U. S. dollars. To order, please send me an email at info@smalltreasuresminiatures.com. Please include the item number(s) that you are interested in and indicate how you would like to pay for your order. I will then send you an invoice.

 

Payment - Payment may be made by PayPal or personal check made payable to Small Treasures Miniatures. I am also able to accept credit card payments directly through Square.

 

Shipping - Orders will be shipped as quickly as possible upon receipt of payment for the order, usually within a day or two. Small Treasures Miniatures will not be responsible for any damaged or lost packages shipped without insurance. International customers are responsible for any taxes, duty, or customs fees incurred.

Please note: Express Mail and insurance are available at additional cost; please let me know at the time you order if you wish to add these services. Postage for international orders will be quoted individually. Wallpaper mailing tubes and signatures incur added costs.

 

Scale - All items on this site are handcrafted 1:12 scale miniatures. The dollhouse miniatures on this site are adult collectables and not suitable for children.

 

Privacy - I respect your right to privacy. The information you provide is strictly confidential. I use your information only for the purpose of filling your order and do not sell or share it with any other person or company. If you pay by credit card, I do not maintain or have access to that information after the charge is submitted through Square.
